Cement ball Mill Production Line is mainly consisted of jaw crusher ,bucket elevator, hopper, vibrating feeder ,grinder , air blower ,powder collector, dust catcher. When
cement ball mill works, big materials are crushed by jaw crusher, then the materials are sent into the hopper by bucket elevator, and then fed into
cement ball mill evenly by the vibrating feeder at the bottom of the hopper.
After being ground, qualified fine powders are brought into the powder collector by the air, and then discharged through the discharging valve at the bottom of the powder collector. Unqualified materials are turned back to cement ball mill to be reground.
The preparation work before installation,we should do the work as following:
1,As a result of Raymond mill site has not been installed,cement ball mill should be properly kept,In order to avoid exposing sun and rain, cement ball mill surfaces shall be coated with anti-rust oil, as well as establish maintenance system.
2,The premises and foundation should have enough height and installation location according to Raymond mill installation foundation drawing size, Raymond mill foundation should be builded by high reinforced cement and buried with steel bar, Cement base must have a maintenance period of 15 days.
3,Cement ball mill production line should be equipped with 2 ~ 3 tons hoist for Raymond mill installation and maintenance.
4,We should do complete cleaning check parts and join enough lubricating oil in parts of hosting center axis system, transmission device, roller device when cement ball mill is over 6 months from production to use.
