【Application】：be suitable for grinding(wet or dry) all kinds of ores and other materials,such as ferrous & non-ferrous metal mine, building materials, chemical, electric power, coal, traffic, light industry, etc.
It is widely used in the second segment or place of comparably finer product.The structure of overflow ball mill is relatively simple--no grate fence, high fineness in grinding, and less ball lodading etc.
Through the material feeding device, the material will get into the cylinder from the left end by the hollow shaft neck, when the motor drive the pinion and the big gear rotating. The cylinder are loaded certain weight of ball as the grinding media. While the ball function, the material get crushed and discharged from the hollow shaft in the material feeding end. In this kind of mill, the grinded material get discharged by overflow from the neck, the mill is called overflow type ball mill, a widely used ball mill.
The material spirally and evenly enters into the first warehouse of the ball mill along the input material hollow axis by input material device. In this warehouse, there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scale board. Cylinder rotation will generate centrifugal force and carries steel balls to a certain height. Then the steel balls falls strike and grind the materials. After being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the materials then enter into the second warehouse along the single insulation layer. In this warehouse, there is flat scale board with steel balls for further grinding. In the end, the power is discharged by output material board and the grinding operation is competed.
