After a long time use of the cement ball mill, it is inevitable to have some problems with cement ball mill. For some common faults, we should have the ability to solve it. Clirik, with more than 30 years experiences in this field, is a proffesional ball mill manufacturer. Here we show some commone faults we may often meet and the methods to solve it. Hope it is useful for all of us.
1. When the cement ball mill operates, there are regular big knocking sound. It becauses part of the liner bolts are not tight and when the cement ball mill rotates, the liner knocks on the grinding cylinder of cement ball mill. We should base on sound' source and judge the liner parts of cement ball mill, find out the loose bolts and tighten separately.
2. High temperature of cement ball mill and electromotor bearing beyonds standard. Hand touch bearing and judge the over-high temperature is partial or overall. We can from the following several steps to check cement ball mill.
(1) check each part of the cement ball mill lubrication points, whether the lubricating oil brand is in accordance with equipment used instructions.
(2) check cement ball mill lubricating oil and grease, whether they are transmutative.
(3) check whether there is cement ball mill lubrication pipeline blockage, or lubricating oil is not directly into the lubrication points and oil shortage caused by fever.
(4) side of the cement ball mill bearing gap is too small, the clearance between the shaft and bearing shell is too large, contact points are too much and can't form the homogeneous oil film on the bearing shell.
(5) cement ball mill rolling bearing grease too much or too little, too much stir forms rolling body and produces heat. Grease and heat are not easy out. Too little bad lubrication shall, in accordance with the provisions add sufficient oil amount, average 1/3 ~ 1/2 for bearing gap is appropriate.
(6)the sealing device of cement ball mill grinding body on both ends of the hollow shaft is too tight, or iron plates contact directly with the shaft seal body.
The above problems should be solved according to its reasons. Except for side of the cement ball mill bearing gap is too small, the clearance between the shaft and bearing shell is too large, we must lift grinding cylinder.
