Besides ball mill bearing temperature checking, should check whether the vent plug of the reducer is blocked. If it is bloced, then dredge the vent.
4. ball mill motor with reducer after start-up vibrate all the time, the main reasons are:
(1) two wheel gap of ball mill machine is too small to compensate displacement when motor at startup caused by magnetic center of momentum.
(2) the ball mill coupling alignment method is wrong make the two d axis different.
(3) ball mill coupling of the connecting bolt did not tighten and the tighten force and degree is not the same.
(4) the ball mill bearing outer ring.
The solving method: according to the standart make the two axis concentric. At the same moment of symmetric connecting bolt fastening coupling.
Rotor unbalance, take out the rotor of ball mill and look for static balance.
